Usage

How to Use

Take 1 capsule daily with sufficient liquid, preferably with a meal.

Do not exceed the stated daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children and do not store above 25 °C.

Fish oil (30%), capsule shell (bovine gelatin), emulsifier (lecithin (contains soy)), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), borage oil (0.08%), L-cystine, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, vitamin E (DL-α-tocopherol), iron sulphate, zinc sulphate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, D-biotin, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, cyanocobalamin, magnesium oxide, humectant (glycerol), colours (iron oxides and iron hydroxides).
